Improve feedback messages when validating Studio snapshot

      Description

      Follow up of NXP-11129:

      • some feedback messages need to be translated
      • exceptions management should be improved/refactored
      • maybe avoid downloading the package again when validation is disabled (but handle the case where users disable validation anyway)
      • maybe schedule needed deps for install instead of just warning users that a dependency is missing (message is not clear anyway)?
