Installing marketplace package from admin center does not work

      Description

      I downloaded the 10th hotfix via the admin center as a regular marketplace package. Once done, the available action for the MP is "Install".
      So I clicked install. Then the available action for the MP is "Restart"
      So I clicked restart.

      After letting the admin center restart the server, the hotfix did not seem to be installed as the MP package where still in status "restart".

      I could not find any uninstall.xml file.

      To my memory, server was started through Nuxeo IDE
