Custom banner displaying "Open in app" or "Install"

Goal:

The default banner displayed on Apple can't be use on Android.

Goal is to create a custom one with (and stop displaying the default one):

• “OPEN In App” or “Install” displayed on each page
  --> “Install” will redirect to the Apple Store or to the Play Store depending of the OS
  --> “Open in app” will redirect to the application and to the document.

During the first access with "Open in app", a cookie will be put and the next time the user will be automatically redirected to the application and to the document.

We should manage it on the login page and for JSF/webui regardless of the browser.
