      Description

      Introduce and configure a nuxeo protocol for the iOS app:

      nuxeo://httpProtocol/serverName/contextPath/repositoryName/docId

      Keep backward compatibility on old links such as:

      http://serverName/contextPath/repositoryName/docId

      Tests can be done entering a "nuxeo://" URL in Safari, it will ask to open the Nuxeo application.
