Collections: Manual update of synchronised collection

Users must be able to manually force update a given collection:

• on the list of collections (my and shared) : sliding action
• on the list of documents of a given collection : menu action
  without waiting for the next auto update.

This feature is useful when a user knows he will enter a no network area and need to access some content and want to be sure to have the most up-to-date content.
