Collections: Make available offline one or more collections

Goal is to give the user the ability to put offline one or more collections. Then, the user will be able to view all documents of an “offline” collection even with no available network.
Ideally, content should be synchronised automatically on a regular basis, and can be manually “refreshed” if the user doesn’t want to wait next sync action.
