Update Drive client configuration in the same way as client updates

Use case :
As a system administrator needing to deploy Drive for all my numerous users, I need to make sure I can easily set a default configuration.

For example, I might want to ensure that Drive will synchronise every 60 seconds instead of 5 to reduce server load, and set the log level to ERROR instead of DEBUG to reduce log size client side.

What would be needed:

• Every time that Drive checks for a client version update, check at the same time for a default configuration file that will be applied in the same manner.
