Description

To enable or disable Direct Transfer, one must restart Nuxeo Drive to refresh the GUI.
Actually the feature state change is taken into account in the core, but not into the GUI.

Scope

Fix the GUI refreshing.
Remove the sentence added in ~~NXDRIVE-2416~~, it will then be obsolete.
