[Direct Transfer] Check for ignored patterns against lowercased names

Introduced with NXDRIVE-2266, files are ignored based on different patterns.
But those patterns are all lowercase and so a filename like Icon\r will not be filtered out because the pattern is icon\r.

This is a misused of those patterns, let's fix it.
