Add a colors.py file for QML RGBA values

Add a new file, colors.py and move all QML colors occurrences into that file. The idea is to simplify future branding.

Values must be in the "#AARRGGBB" format. See color QML Basic Type for more information.

Later, we will find a way to ease customization of those colors.
