Update release scripts to deploy system-wide installers

      Description

      We could create a specific folder admin where we will put released installers and associative files xxx.control with the SHA256 checksum:

      nuxeo-drive-admin-4.0.1.exe
nuxeo-drive-admin-4.0.1.control
nuxeo-drive-admin-4.0.2.exe
nuxeo-drive-admin-4.0.2.control

      They would be downloadable from the URL https://community.nuxeo.com/static/drive-updates/admin.
