(timebox) Installing Drive client for all desktop users as an option

      Description

      Before version 3.1, Drive was installed for all users on a particular machine.
      Since version 3.1, only the user installing the client "sees" this install.

      This might create a problem for services that were previously deploying automatically software to the client desktops.

      What is requested is a way to install Drive client globally on a desktop (for all users of the desktop)
