Template Rendering in JSF: add missing section about template parameter's type and source

Working on NXP-24052, we had trouble understanding the possible values for the template parameter's type, especially Document property, Picture binding and Include.

Same thing about the Source for the Include type: HTML Preview, Binary, Property XPath.

The actual issue was that the Include type was not compatible with the Property XPath source and a simple string field such as dc:description.

This page doesn't give a clear description about the parameter's definition.

Some information can be found in the linked QuickUserGuide but it's not up-to-date. Also, maybe should it be integrated to the actual documentation?
