Add support of DB cloud deployments and version

      Description

      It seems we do not support all of the same DB repositories on AWS RDS as we support on-premise.

      We should update documentation like was done for NXDOC-1640 to explicitly list which cloud deployments and version/s are supported e.g. PostgreSQL 9.6 on AWS RDS, MongoDB 3.4 on MongoDB Atlas.
