Improve ondemand-testandpush Jenkins job to easily test Git pull request

      Description

      At the moment, the build (through clone.py) can easily test branches but on the main Nuxeo repository whereas pull-requests are done on contributor repositories.
      clone.py needs to be improved so it can accept another repository to use and Nuxeo repository as fallback.
