Use ccextractor-nuxeo instead of the rpm fusion one in 2025 builders

      Description

      We want to use the ccextractor-nuxeo built by the Cloud team in our builders, the built version is more recent than the one from rpm fusion.

      No need to touch the nuxeo/nuxeo docker image because ccextractor is not installed there for the same reason ffmpeg is not installed (mainly legal reasons).
