Automatize NEV docker images push to OpenShift clusters

      Description

      When we release a new version of NEV we need to pull the images from docker-arender.packages.nuxeo.com to the OpenShift docker registries for all clusters.

      This is currently done manually on a local computer. We would like to do to this task from a Jenkins job.
