(Try to) upgrade Jenkins X and the Jenkins plugins to the latest version in the platform team

      Description

      In the platform team, we are currently using:

      • Jenkins X platform Helm chart: 2.0.1547 => the latest version is 2.0.1849
      • Jenkins X image: gcr.io/jenkinsxio/jenkinsx:0.0.70 => the latest version is 0.0.81

      Let's try upgrade these, and also all the installed plugins, hoping to have less vulnerability warnings.

      If anything goes wrong, just keep the current version.

      Note: this is a good test to validate NXBT-3199!
