Use the platform-staging team to test and validate changes in the Jenkins X environment

      Description

      As mentioned in NXBT-3136, let's use the platform-staging team to test changes in:

      • The jenkins image: version, plugins, plugin configuration, ...
      • The Nexus image.
      • The Jenkins X platform Helm chart.
        ...

      We should be able to open a PR on https://github.com/nuxeo/jx-platform-jenkins or https://github.com/nuxeo/jx-platform-env which would update the platform-staging team consequently (instead of the platform team itself as currently).
