Fix JIRA issue update plugin

Since Nov 5, jira issues do not list changes commited on some repositories like nuxeo and nuxeo-web-ui.

On Nuxeo:

• https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo/commit/7b260e5414a775b17bf055e8a710d30310bcc426 was properly taken into account on NXP-27905
• later in the day, https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo/commit/126510e7d4ef710457b1af4f3592c8d1eed9596f was not correctly taken into account on NXP-27977
• all other subsequent changes are not logged on jira issues
