      Description

      Perform builds on commit, organized per user : a (multibranch?) job watches all branches, find those associated with a given user and build them.

      For scalability, responsiveness and UX purpose, it would be great to execute such a build on the user own workstation.
      Commiters would have to share with Jenkins their resources: a Jenkins swarm, the workspace
