      GitHub "code owners" allows to define individuals or teams that are responsible for some given code in a repository. See:

      https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/code_reviews.md#OWNERS-files

      Initiate a CODEOWNERS file on the nuxeo repository.
      Update CORG
      Provide or generate a sample generic one.
      Associate the branch protection and code review with it.

      Notes: rather use teams than individuals.
