- Periodically (every day?), a script should check tickets for inactivity based on the latest update and the current process.
- It should send reminders in the local customer language (English/French at first)
- It should close the ticket when the process reaches its end (after several reminders -> see support documentation) and send another localized message when closing the ticket.
- Tickets with a tag noreminder should be excluded from the process. For example, this will handle probation periods when a server has to be tested for stability on an agreed timeframe. In this case the probation period is higher than the sweeping delay.
