add dependency test for HF installation

To be tested except for HF01 since there is no dependency on this one.

1. install server
2. set it to offline mode
3. try to install the hotfix
4. it should fail

1. set the server online
2. try to install the hotfix
3. check hotfix is correctly installed

1. Testing HF17 1.0.0
   • retrieve latest package in connect -> it should be lesser than the current tested HF version
   • install HF17
   • check the package from connect is started (the dependency is installed)
   • check the package id from connect is the one in package.xml file of the HF
2. Testing HF17 1.0.1 (a previous version of the HF has been made
   • retrieve latest package in connect
   • if it is lesser than the current HF then it means the previous revision has been unpublished, proceed like the previous scenario
   • if it is equal to the current HF, the revision mut be smaller. The currently tested HF must have a dependency to a previous package with a lesser version not a lesser revision and a new package revision should uninstall a previous one. The previous package can be retrieved from Connect too.
