check deploy/undeploy when installing hotfix

      Description

      1. check jars are correctly installed and deployed (right folder)
      2. check jars are matching the HF version (no SNAPSHOT for example)
      3. uninstall the hotfix and check the bundles are not deployed
      4. for addon bundles, maybe install the matching packages and check the hotfix bundles are deployed on top of them correctly?
      5. check the templates JARs like the mysql one are correctly deployed
