create Shibboleth Service Provider in docker container

      Description

      Create a docker image to be able to deploy a Shibboleth service provider (https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/Home).
      This image should be configurable to be able to run against a IdP (NXBT-1296) and a Nuxeo server.
