Dockerize Shibboleth 2 Environments

This epic is about setting up Shibboleth related environments:

1. installing and scripting Shibboleth environments
2. write dockerfiles and entrypoints for each container
3. write compose files for setting up:
   • IdP only (LDAP + Idp) for saml2-authentication addon (standalone Nuxeo)
   • Idp + Nuxeo (dockerized version) for saml2-authentication addon
   • IdP + SP for shibboleth addons (authentication and invitation) with a standalone Nuxeo
   • IdP + SP for shibboleth addons (dockerized version)

Tickets to be created: docker compose for above scenarios and the matching tests. Check if docker stacks are ready to deploy into a private registry.
