Improve HF build

      Description

      1. ensure the latest tags are present
      2. ensure the git repository is up to date
      3. check changes between HF to be released and current HF
      4. build XML files (package.xml, install.xml, assembly.xml, ...)
      5. create necessary folders
      6. remove unnecessary folders
      7. build fix

      still need to check how to update the org.nuxeo.ecm.product.version in templates/nuxeo.defaults (see the folllowing statement):

      Hotfix packages must now update templates/nuxeo.defaults to append org.nuxeo.ecm.product.version=LTS 2015 HFXX at the end.
