Test&Push: Skip selenium results publishing if using Java 8

      Description

      Since NXP-8549 has been merged, there are no more selenium tests to run on master.

      The Test&Push job still tries to publish corresponding reports but since there are not there, it ends up in error (merge and creation of PRs still works correctly, only the build status is affected)
