Fix refresh in ARender annotation view after blob update

      Description

      Steps to reproduce the bug:

      1. Create a Picture document and attach an image
      2. Select the Annotation tab, add an annotation and save
      3. Come back to the View tab
      4. Delete the attached image
      5. Upload a new image
      6. Select the Annotation tab

      Observe that the previous image is still displayed in the Annotation tab

      Expected result: the new image should be displayed in the Annotation tab
