[Regression] Fix refresh in ARender annotation view after blob update

(Regression => NEV-76)

Reproduction steps:

Create a Picture document and attach an image
Select the Annotation tab, add an annotation and save
Come back to the View tab
Delete the attached image
Upload a new image
Select the Annotation tab
Observe that the previous image is still displayed in the Annotation tab

Expected result: the new image should be displayed in the Annotation tab
