Add a feedback when previewer service unavailability

      Description

      On the Nuxeo side, when the previwer health check returns KO the call to https://nuxeo/nuxeo/api/v1/automation/Document.ARenderGetPreviewerUrl should return a local page saying that the previewer service is unavailable.
