Previewer should have a healtcheck that reflects the status of the stack

      Description

      The current configured health check for the previewer pod point to the root resource and doesn't really check anything but the fact that the servlet is started.

      We should add a correct health check that reflects the status that we can find here:

      https://qa01-previewer-int-arender-qa.apps.prod.nuxeo.io/arendergwt/health/records

      On the Nuxeo side, when the health check returns KO the call to https://nuxeo/nuxeo/api/v1/automation/Document.ARenderGetPreviewerUrl should return a local page saying that the previewer service is unavailable.
