RELATED US in progress - Rearrange the flow of creating an item

Workflow should be:

• Select publication target.

• Select format (formats are automatically “calculated” according to target.
  Will only/primarily show formats accepted by the target)

• Select sizes (also automatically calculated + option to add a custom). This
  option should allow multiple selection.

• Should have a label “Assignment due dates” before seeing the date pickers
  so user knows what dates is the system is referring to.

• Assign to a member.

• Once you submit, automatically create deliverable items to the
  selected sizes (or have it in the same item and, when files are uploaded, it
  will automatically associate the file to the right size).
