as a project member or project manager, I can create deliverables by dragging files to the project/Deliverable sets page or the deliverable set page.

I should be able to drag and drop files to the deliverable set to create an item.

when a defined deliverable has no blob, then the Icon area on the deliverable card is a drop zone for the blob. on the preview for this deliverable, the "preview" area is also a drop zone. On the deliverable set progress page (kanban) each of the columns is a drop zone for new deliverables creation by blob.

on ingest, the file should inherit brand/product/project information.

Ideally, the system should pull out and set as much of the info on the deliverable (like format, size, etc) from the file itself. Also, we should "scan" the file name for possible metadata values (a lot of times, when working locally, creatives will use a naming convention to identify work e.g. facebook_250_250.jpg) (not sure how possible this is)

if a value does not match what exists in the relevant directories, the value will be left blank/empty.

At this point we don't have a dialog for md editing on ingest.
