as a project manager, I can add an invited user to a project before they validate

as I invite users, I need to be able to add them to a project before the user validates the account.

If possible (easy?), we should indicate in some way (italics?) that the user has not yet validated.

Technical directions:

• Setting the ACL directly on the project
• Make the data model change on project to handle invites and users
