as a Project Manager, I can invite a user from the project directly

from the "members" section of the project, in the "add member" box, I see two button options:

Add manager
Add member

when I click on either button, I see a drop-down to select from existing tenant members
I see a button that allows me to "Invite User"
When I click Invite we can (easy option) go to the manage members page OR (harder, but more ideal option) invite the user via modal.
once invited, I should be able to add the user to the project.

AC:

• A project manager can invite a new user from the project page
• The modal contains all the fields required to invite a new user
• After validating, the invited user is added as a member or a manager on the project
