As a project member or project manager on a deliverable view, I can move content from one "folder" to another

      Description

      As a user I'd like to move a deliverable item from one state to another:
      No transitions are involved. BUT it does modify the metadata value for "state".

      I can move to/from (all are bi-directional):

      • WIP to WIR
      • WIP to Final
      • WIR to Final
      • WIP to Killed
      • WIR to Killed

      AC:

      • the UI allows users to drag and drop items to a different columns
      • when the column changes, the item must be moved to the proper folder and the state metadata is updated
