As a project Admin, when defining a Project, I can define the deliverable "states"/"steps" that will be used across the deliverables

    XMLWordPrintable

    Details

    • Type: User story
    • Status: Resolved
    • Priority: Major
    • Resolution: Fixed
    • Affects Version/s: 0.3
    • Fix Version/s: 0.3.1
    • Component/s: Content Model, UI

      Description

(this introduces an edit to the content model)

These states are used simply as a metadata value and are tied to a vocabulary. The states that are identified will be used as folder names for the organization of deliverable items as they "move" through the creative process.
(working on where this will appear on create/view screens)

Default values for state vocab are:
      Work in Progress
      Work in Review
      Final
      Trash/Killed
These states are NOT tied to traditional Nuxeo lifecycle states.

      AC:

      • a new metadata 'state' is introduced on Deliverable item and it's filled by a vocabulary
      • at the creation of a project, there is one folder created per state value
      • when the state changes, the item must be moved to the folder corresponding to the new state
      • in the UI, the columns are dynamically displayed from the content of the vocabulary (except for Killed/Trash)
