In my dropdown list from my account settings avatar, in addition to my personal settings, I see a section to "manage members" (this is not visible to "members).

In the member settings, I see:
- a list of the members in my tenant
- see members listed in alpha order by
- see columns for "Name" "Email" and "Role" (use "role" not "permission" as seen on the screen)
When I hover over the user, I see an icon to edit or delete the user.
