As a user, I have a way to manage my user/application settings

      • In the upper menu area of the app page, I see an avatar representing me.
      • When I click on the avatar, I see information that is part of my profile:
      • My first/last name
      • the email associated with my account
      • the role I have in the application (App/tenant admin. Project Manager or Member)
      • link to my personal settings (not fully scoped yet)
      • a way to logout

      AC:

      • as a user, I have an avatar icon with a contextual menu
      • when I click on the avatar, I can see my user information
      • when I click on the avatar, I have a link to access the personal settings page
      • when I click on the avatar, I have a link to logout from the app
