As a Project Admin, I can choose to skip a step on a workflow

      Description

      When choosing to skip a task, the next task node defined for the workflow is automatically shown as the next available step.

      AC:

      • The 'Skip' button is only available for Project Admins
      • When the project admin clicks on the button, the workflow moves to the next task
