As a Project Admin on the deliverable view, I can assign a wf task to a project member and define a due date

      Description

      as part of the project/deliverable creation process, a workflow that has been defined for the deliverable type has been attached to the deliverable object and the workflow has been started. The first task is assigned to the Project admin(s) with no due date. Status of the task is set to "late" since no date info.

      AC:

      • The UI allows the project admin to select members of the project only
      • The UI allows the project admin to select a due date
      • Only a project admin can change the due date and the assignees
      • Validation when clicking on 'Assign' button: there is at least one member and the due date is not empty
      • When clicking on 'Assign', the task is reassigned to the selected member(s)
