Error message for non-privileged users on Admin Console

UI is only loaded if I am someone granted access to it (as per https://doc.nuxeo.com/rest-api/1/management-endpoint/#authentication, only administrators and / or dedicated users can use the corresponding APIs), otherwise an error is shown

Message :

You are not authorized to view this page.

This should be followed by a Logout button ( with Hyland UI icon ) with label "Login with a different account"

Scope:
-  only administrators can access admin console.
