Fix tooltip when clicking on the 3 dots icon(actions)

      Description

      When you click on the 3 dots icon in the actions menu the "Add to favorites" tooltip is immediately shown.

      Since the mouse arrow is not hovering the "Add to Favorites" icon the tooltip shouldn't appear

      How to reproduce

      • Go to webui
      • open a workspace
      • click on the 3 dots icon
      • "Add to Favorites" tootlip appears(error)
