Permissions editing panel always shows Read

      Description

      on https://nightly.nuxeo.com

      1. create a Note document
      2. add Everything permission for Administrator user (see everythingPermission.png)
      3. click Create
      4. click the pencil edition button to edit the permissions
      5. observe the showed permission is Read (see wrongPermission.png)
      6. click Update
      7. observe the permission is not Read
      8. click the pencil edition button to edit the permissions
      9. select Everything
      10. select Read
      11. click Update
      12. observe the permission is now changed to Read

      Expected behavior: when opening the permissions editing panel, the current permission should be shown and not the first one in the list.
      Hint: based on the above scenario, it seems only the shown permission is wrong but the hidden value to submit is correct.
