      Description

      1. set the browser language to French
      2. login to https://nightly.nuxeo.com
      3. select a document
      4. click the Permissions tab
      5. observe the Right column is not translated

      Expected behavior: the Right column should be translated
      Note: this can be seen from 9.10 to master
