Improve nuxeo-user-suggestion rendering of suggested entries

Problem
The current element can be ambiguous/confuse to the user, if a lot of similar names appear, it can be hard to distinct and find the user/group that is searching for.
Groups should be distinct from users and identified as groups.
Adding different levels of importance, can help the user to focus on smaller blocks of information and be more agile in the search.

Improvement
Small styling improvement and including the username as extra complement for possible clarification/validation.
The name should be bolder and have a 2px difference from the 2nd line of info (email & username).

The avatar colors should be random (like currently are) and on hover state, to avoid confusion with the blue selected color, I suggest 1px border white.
