Download Image picker not working

      Description

      1. Go to workspace
      2. Create a HTML note
      3.  In the toolbar click in the search picture icon
      4. In quick search enter the name of any jpeg or png file available
      5. Hover the thumbnail with the cursor and click in the Download icon

      Expected : user is able to download the file

      Actual: File is not getting downloaded and it is showing Page can not be found
