As a manager / an admin, I want a detailed understanding of who viewed or downloaded what rendition of a particular document so that I can take action.
AC
When viewing a document, the history tab displays as the comment:
- "View: [file name]" when a preview is shown for the main file
- "View: [file name]" when a file is replaced and a new preview is shown for the main file
- "View: [file name]" whenever the preview is updated (e.g., after editing the document)
- "View: [file name]" when the preview UI action is used if this triggers a call to the server for the main file
- "View: [file name]" when an attachment is previewed
- "View: [file name]" when storyboard images (videos) are displayed in the UI
Labels are translated based on the language used
The performed action remains Download, only the client reason is added in the comment.
No change is made for actual downloads, meaning that in the following situations the performed action remains Download and the comment is left unchanged:
- when the main file is downloaded through the UI download action
- when a rendition is downloaded from the UI
- when an attachment is downloaded from the UI
- when a conversion (videos) is downloaded from the UI
